JFK: Terminal 4 to get $1.2 billion upgrade: "The Terminal 4 expansion will replace outdated Terminal 3 facilities and improve customer experience for the 11 million passengers Delta serves annually at JFK, the airline said in a recent release. Phase one of the project is expected to be completed in May 2013 along with the relocation of Delta’s Terminal 3 operations to Terminal 4".
